TERMS OF TRADE

  1. We recomend our customers to acquaint themself with as follow terms of trade.
  2. All send off orders are binding.
  3. After the check of warehouse stock and postage calculation, an control e-mail will be send to the customer.
  4. The customer, on basis of control e-mail ( item "d" ), makes an order confirmation and chooses an payment method (payment card or prepay on bank account).
  5. In the case of the product out of stock, the customer will be immediately informed by electronic mail.
  6. Delivery time is usually 5 to 10 working days.

HOW TO MAKE AN PURCHASE

  1. The buyer will choose the country of origin.
  2. The buyer will choose producer and assortment.
  3. product card and purchase button will appear when item button is pusshed.
  4. Into column "order" is possible either enter number of pieces or use set "one pc". Choosen goods are inserted into the basket by pushing button "add to the basket".
  5. Contens of basket is possible to check by pushing button "basket". Remove goods is possible by clicking on item in the basket.
  6. Check your order and send it off by pushing button "submit".

TERMS OF PAYMENT

  1. In the case of "prepay on bank account" the goods will be sent to the customer after payment confirmation from the bank account.
  2. In the case of payment by payment card, payment card company form will be send (by fax or e-mail) to the customer, this has to be filled in, signed and send back by fax on fax number + 420 548 221 072. After verification filled in information in payment card company and payment reinsurance, the goods will be sent on the listed address.
  3. Values stated are always in EU. Price for EU customers includes 20 % VAT.
  4. Prices does not include postage. Postage will be charged according to valid rates of Czech post office.

WARRANTY

  1. On supplied goods are provided with standard warranty period.
  2. Goods in unimpaired packing are possible to return within 14 days after delivery obtaining.
  3. Goods obtained in damaged packing are necessary not to accept and immediately reclaim it at the Czech post office.

All information provided by you at the time of order will not be passed onto any other person or company without your agreement.
